K9 Wilderness Area/HRD Training

Margaret and Alicia train several times a week. Margaret trains both early mornings and evenings. Contact them if interested in training with them. Margaret can schedule a meeting with individuals to discuss/layout progression plans for certification, goal setting,  and objectives and tasks to reach those goals.  Margaret has taught two NASAR  SARTECH II courses already this year and will be scheduling one to begin in October. It will entail seven ZOOM meets to cover curriculum and a couple days to cover hands-on skills practicing/testing. This class is necessary for NASAR Canine Certification and is only conducted once or twice a year in Arizona. There are some prerequisites/corequisites. If you are considering NASAR K9 certification, you should consider doing this class. There probably will not be another one until Fall of 2027. NASAR K9 Certification has many evaluators located in Arizona and besides having to schedule an original certification, it must be repeated every two years.
